As an IPI Engineer, responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks seeing through from New Product Development (NPD) to Product Commercialization as part of the end-to-end process. Additionally, will be trained to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Liquid Technology and leading out process related troubleshooting activities for Symrise. In return, will receive exposure to various challenging yet exciting improvement projects in a highly collaborative working environment with supportive colleagues here at Symrise.?Strictly follow site ESH management rules, report potential safety risk actively and participate in process safety related improvements.?Responsible for liquid products and technologies under the scope of Food & Beverage in Symrise Nantong site.?Assess New Product Development (NPD) and be responsible for successful scale up and first productions.?Responsible for providing accurate mixing instructions to production.?Daily presence in the field and support to production.?Lead and document investigation on quality deviations, customer complaints, manufacturing deviations with multi-functional team. ?Keep Production operators aware of product and process safety.?Create new working instructions to train on Production operators.?Contribute to product and process optimization to increase profitability. ?Ensure best in class First Time Right by proactively troubleshoots during production.?Interface between Research and Technology (R&T), Supply Chain (Customer service, Production, Planning and Procurement), Quality, Engineering, Sales & contractors / supplies to carry out various activities. ?Be the subject matter expert on production technologies and formulation. ?Execute qualification and validation of new processes and equipment.
