Job Purpose：1. Manage workshop’s operation to keep it in good situation.2. Deliver machine with good quality and performance.3. Control the operation cost.Job Responsibilities:1. Be responsible for day to day operations include appropriate arrangements of all related resources, organizing operation capacities, to making planning, achieve delivery and efficiency.2. Control each project under control. Plan, coordinate, supervise and control the manufacturing operations ensuring cost effectiveness and adherence to production output plan.3. Leading continues improvements plan and executions, aim to driving safe, quality, efficiency, and cost.4. Implement the production and testing 5. Warehouse management.6. Ensure coordination of plant functions, responsibilities, budgetary performance, manpower utilization, skills, equipment, facilities and production control and inventory control systems. If necessary, recommend or take corrective actions to improve.7. Improve overall productivity of processes and flows8. Define and improve HSE policy according to local law, company procedures and improvement programs; Keep the company safe and with legal behavior.9. Support other required programs and initiatives operational responsible areas.
